About SMW fitness

I started practicing yoga in 2004. Have practiced many different styles yoga. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2022 with Corepower Yoga and have taught in studio class since then.

My love for yoga started twenty years ago. I was first introduced to yoga as a way to rehab my back from a pinched nerve condition I was suffering from. I instantly fell in love with yoga. I could see and feel the physical and mental benefits.
